Automated high-throughput fusion technology built for continuous, large-scale sample processing.

The X-600 produces analytically consistent glass disks (fusion beads) for XRF analysis by preparing homogeneous, reproducible samples from various inorganic matrices. It also supports fusion digestion workflows for ICP-OES and ICP-MS, including methods that require peroxide or pyrosulfate reagents.

The X-600’s gas-free design improves safety and simplifies lab infrastructure, while electric furnace design delivers precise, uniform thermal conditions for reliable fusion results.

Sample types include soil, alloys, slag, minerals, ceramics, glass, and cement.
