Remote Access and Sample Traceability
The Katanax® X-Fluxers—X-100, X-300, and X-600—are fully electric fusion instruments designed for accurate, efficient sample preparation. With the addition of CPLive™, users can now remotely control their fluxer and enable data traceability for each sample.
Network Connectivity
X-Fluxers can connect to a wired Ethernet network, allowing users to mirror the instrument’s interface on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Once connected, remote access by a Katanax service engineer is also possible for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Data Logging
X-Fluxers now support data logging for sample tracking. Sample IDs can be entered manually on the touchscreen or scanned using an optional barcode reader. Logged data can be exported to a USB device or accessed over FTP via Ethernet. Integration with LIMS systems is also possible.
- All X-300 and X-600 units manufactured from October 2020 onward include CPLive™ and data logging features at no extra cost.
- Units purchased in 2019 or 2020 can enable these features by updating to the latest firmware—free of charge.
- Older models (non-“E” versions) support data logging only.
